For the Zbroia Kozak we have a tuning regulator available that is an one on one replacement for the factory regulator. This Huma-Air regulator is vented to the atmosphere for excellent regulating behavior and no creeping up in power on the long term. It will fit all the Zbrolia Kozak versions.

Huma-Air Quality Control
Huma Air regulators are CNC produced out of high grade aircraft aluminum and bronze. To guarantee a perfect product, every regulator is individually assembled, tested in a computerized simulation program and adjusted to the requested pressure.
We only use high-end materials and our belleville springs are designed for critical applications to achieve the highest repeat accuracy. This gives our regulators a repeat cycle less than 1% difference.
Huma Air provides a 2-year warranty on their regulators. Excluded from warranty are shipping costs and parts that are subject to normal wear and tear such as o-rings and valve discs.
Pressure settings of the Huma-Air, Zbroia Kozak tuning regulator:
The tuning regulator comes in the standard middle pressure range (MP: 70-155 bar output) covering sub 12 ft/lbs and FAC models.
They come preset on the most common pressure setting, or we will adjust it according to your personal wishes.
It is also equipped with a clear pressure scale label, so you can very easy re-adjust or fine tune the pressure setting suitable to your wishes.

Fitted the Huma Regulator to my Zbroia Kozak, a quick and straightforward job, took about ten minutes and boy does it work! Held pressure straight away and now returning very consistent results@ 11.4 ft/lbs, set at 82 bar/280 bar fill and getting 2fps over a ten shot spread, will see how it settles out but worth every penny, made a great rifle even better, very impressed.

Fitted to my .22 Kozak that was returning over 1.5 foot-pound variation in shot power on factory regulator.
Once fitted and left overnight at 250 bar to settle seals, the rifle is now giving only 0.2 foot-pound variation in shots – 11.7 to 11.9.
A bit of work on the hammer spring should see this tighten further.
Would highly recommend a Huma regulator as a replacement for the factory regulator – it transforms the rifle!

Fitted a Huma regulator to my. 22 Kozak that was giving the occasional hot shot, with the original reg, & it has improved the situation 100%. Rifle is now very consistent & no longer has a creep issue in between shots or after being left overnight. Would recommend a Huma regulator to any Kozak owner who has power consistency issues with the oem regulator. Rifle now happy at 11.47 ftlbs with 3.4 fps spread across 30 shots.

Easy to fit and stable before huma regulator was fitted first two shots were 57fps higher. Since huma regulator fitted I’m getting a 5fps variation from 250bar down to 90bar and gun now very accurate

Excellent regulator, arrived set to the pressure I specified & was an straightforward fit, partly due to the .22 Kozak being easy to work on. Running the reg at 80bar & with a slight hammer spring adjustment it sits at 11.43 ftlbs & currently has a 6fps spread over a 30 shots. Only one small gripe, Huma breach sticker was not included in the package.

had trouble with reg creep on my kozak after reading up on this problem I decided to fit your aftermarket regulator to my gun I set it at 87bar for my .177 with minimal hammer spring pressure it sits at 11.4 ftlbs below our power limit of 12 ftlbs does not creep at all and is a great example of a quality product made by huma air I would recommend this to anyone having trouble with there regulator

What a superb piece of engineering, my Kozak 450.220 was fairly decent air rifle, but the shot string was rather erratic, after fitting the Huma regulator, it has become a fine and more accurate, no more irregular power spikes, varied feet per second readings and consistency has increased many fold. Only 2.3 fps standard deviation over 12 shots, that is a indication of how good they are.
My .22 Kozak has just had a 10 shot string fired from it and gave a 46.6 fps variation and a standard deviation of 15.29, so it will be getting this brilliant upgrade very soon.
Buy one, you will not be disappointed.

I bought this reg too replace the one in the zbroia kozak. the difference is amazing , no more reg creep, consistant fps and I can leave it a week and no first hot shots.

I purchased this regulator late 2018 for my Zbroia Kozak .177 cal around 7 Months back. The original regulator design is very good, but the Huma has proven to be even better in terms of fps constancy. I can leave the rifle for over a week between shooting and the POI is exactly where it should be when taking the first shot – none of this shooting 4 or 5 shots to stabilize the fps nonsense that plagues a lot of airguns out there!
Spread between shots with weighed JSB 10.34Gr pellets is between 3 and 5 fps, using resized H&N Sniper Mediums it is around 7 to 8 fps.
This regulator is awesome and is a very worthwhile addition to an already excellent and highly accurate air rifle.
